The environment needs help and here at Caroline Henry we are doing all we can to reduce the unnecessary use of plastic.
We are therefore offering our customers FREE empty 300ml bottles to use with our 5 Litre refillers. We have chosen to separate the bottles and pumps because you may only need a replacement bottle or pump, rarely will you need both.
Please only order what you really need. We have limited the number you can order of empty 300ml bottles. Please read the 'Fair Use Policy' tab.

Regrettably we can't offer an unlimited supply of free bottles. Even if we could we don't think we should. It's not in line with the 'Reuse' part of the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle ethos we're striving for.
As a consequence, we reserve the right to restrict supply of free bottles as follows:
Accommodation Providers: 2 free bottles per room per 12 month period.
Pubs & Clubs: 10 free bottles per 12 month period.
This limit to be applied at our sole discretion. Of course a fair use limit does not include your initial supply of bottles when you first start using this product. Contact us for your initial provision.
Free bottles ordered when not in conjunction with an order for refillers and not part of the initial order will be subject to a delivery charge of £9.95 + VAT. Bottles outside of the fair use policy are charged at £0.75 + VAT.
